Michael Mapfunde
Director/Founder
Michael has a BSc in Sports Science and Sports Business from the University of South Australia, and a BSc in International Relations and Child Youth Development from Monash South Africa University. He have been involved in sports and social development initiatives for past 10 years in differing roles from Project Manager to Consultant for programs involving local municipality, football associations , and NGOs in Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Uganda and Botswana. From his wealth of experience and knowledge, he started Football Without Borders SA in August 2016.
Kebone Moloko
Non Executive- Business Development Manager
Kebone Moloko is a self-proclaimed South African Global Citizen who has study, work and travel experience in over 30 countries. Her experience spans across Sales, Business and Non-Profit Management. Passionate about creating innovative ways to drive social change, her goal is to increase access to education, skills and economic opportunities for women and marginalized members of the community.
As a recent Master of Sciences in International Business graduate, she is the co-founder of QWB+A, an organization that creates experiences and opportunities for women founders and leaders to self-empower.
Wesley Maputsa

Wesley has a BSc in Accounting and Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Monash University.He is also a holder of SAICA litial Test of Competence (ITC).
Khomotso Annah Majadibodhu
Finance & Administration Manager
Khomotso has a Diploma in Community Health Care and Business Administration.Currently,she worlks at local community clinics in sorrounding Honeydew, Muldersdrift, Cosmo City were she coordinates the daily financial administration of clinics in her cluster.
Mpho Moloto
Project Manager (HIV/AIDS)
Mpho is currently studying at Monash South Africa, completing his 3rd year in BSC in Public Health. His studies and experience make him a valuable asset to the Football Without Borders team in leading our HIV/AIDS education programs.
Tanya Gouws
UJAB Boxing Co-ordinator
Tanya studied at ETA for a certificate in sports and science (level 5). She has been in the sports industry for around 15 years and is currently running her own indoor and outdoor training business. She trains daily with her clients, offering kickboxing, long distance running, cycling, functional training, weight training, cardio and specific training. She is also involved in community support, fund raising and other social activities for Football Without Borders.
Tshililo Portia Khorombi
Project Manager Education
Tshililo has a Certificate in Administration and Education Development. She is currently an Administrator at Zandspruit Primary School in Zandspruit Informal Settlement and for the last 4 years has been running Tshililo After School Homework and Girl Empowerment Club to provide young girls with academic and Lifeskills training.
Letacia Sekanka
Project Co-ordinator/Social Media Manager
Letacia has BSc in Media Studies and BSc Honours In Media Studies from Monash University.
Nomagugu Ethu Mhlanga
Project Manager Gender
Nomagugu is a 3rd year student at Monash South Africa studying a BSc in Sociology and Criminology. She is also involved in program planning for the Girl Empowerment Program - Lezintombi Ziyakhona.
Tebogo David Mangena
Project Manager Leadership
Tebogo has a Diploma in Community Development. Tebogo is a Community and Leadership Development Practitioner.He is Director and Founder of Zandspruit Youth Development Forum, that aims to empower youths in Zandspruit informal Settlement with entreprenurial and Vocational skill development.
